- During our invite-only beta, all approved accounts get 30 days free with full access to their selected plan. No credit card required to join the waitlist.
- Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
- No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- What accounting platforms do you support?
- Vectrly currently integrates with QuickBooks Online. Support for Xero and FreshBooks is on the roadmap for future phases.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
- How is data security handled?
- Every customer account gets a dedicated PostgreSQL schema — your data is isolated at the database level, not just the application level. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and your QuickBooks credentials never pass through our servers.
- What is a 'seat'?
- A seat is one user account. Admin seats have full access to settings and configuration. Viewer seats have read-only access to the dashboard and insights.
